Now, Water Wise Societies is reimagining Sweden – on the way to the mission of sustainable water for all by 2050. Do you have an innovative solution that is ready to transform systems and contribute to the mission? Does it require multiple actors to collaborate on development, testing, and preparation for deployment and scaling to make the solution a reality? Apply for funding in this call for needs-driven projects with potential for system change and a utilization focus. Projects should support one or more of the Water Wise Society’s objectives and missions. The aim is to contribute to systemic change in practice, where new ways of working, technologies and business models enable water resources to be used more sustainably and equitably.
Water Wise Societies is a program within Impact Innovation, a joint initiative of the Swedish Energy Agency, Formas and Vinnova.
What can you apply for?
To work collaboratively to realize innovative solutions with the potential for systemic change that contribute to one or more of the Water Wise Society’s missions.
Who can apply?
Stakeholders in the system “from source to shore”, for example from the public sector, industry, research organizations, institutes and civil society. The stakeholder group should include at least two parties, including at least one stakeholder.
How much can you apply for?
You can apply for a maximum of 36 months in this call, and receive a maximum of SEK 10,000,000 in grants with up to 70% support level. The total grant budget for the call is SEK 100 million.
