Fredric has over 25 years of experience working with sustainable transitions, combining a multidisciplinary perspective with the ability to design and lead change processes that foster collaboration. With a background as both a lawyer and an economist, he helps organizations navigate complex issues. Currently, he leads the transformation management work package within Water Wise Societies. In this role, he supports stakeholders in finding new ways forward through structured experimentation and collective learning.
