A new municipal organization that will handle water issues has been established and will be linked to a transition arena where other actors are located. Several important networks have been mapped, including a supplier network for solutions within different parts of source-separated sewage systems<\/p>\n<h2>Expected long-term effects<\/h2>\n<p>Mapped barriers have been used as a basis for decision-making within Helsingborg&#8217;s municipality, including the municipally owned companies that collaborate within RecoLab in Helsingborg, to make strategic work decisions to further develop the implementation of source-separated sewage systems within the Oceanhamnen and \u00d6stra Raml\u00f6sa development projects. Methods of collaborating across sectors can speed up individual projects, and in turn create a spillover effect in the longer term.<\/p>\n<h2>Approach and implementation<\/h2>\n<p>The project was implemented via 5 different work packages that were linked to the three levers. All work packages had a person responsible for implementation.
