Purpose and objectives
The project aims to create communities resilient to flooding by 2035 through systems and futures analysis. It includes environmental and stakeholder analysis, business and financing models, legislative investigation and knowledge enhancement. The project works on the basis of a case study in Uppsala with several need owners and builds on ongoing and completed initiatives and projects. Need owners are gathered into a long-term stakeholder group and together develop proposals for a continuation project.
Expected impacts and results
